010Plus Intensifiers and Correctors how to use them

010Plus Correctors/Intensifiers

A series of 6 concentrated colours (yellow; orange; red; violet; blue; and pearl) whose main purpose is not to cover grey as the other colours, but to achieve the perfect chromatic intensity possble for that colour.
They are not just colour correctors they can be used as:
1) A "Crazy Colour" by itself mixed with oxidant for a particularly intense fashion shade.
2) To intensify or enhance the shades of that particular series by adding various amounts up to 50% of the colour formula.
3) For obtaining pastel shades by lightening the colour with 0/0 ( more about 0/0 here)

** Remember Intensifiers decrease the coverage of white hair, and the white hair will have more translucence and an intensely brilliant shine.  If the percentage of white is higher than 30%, or if there are concentrated areas of white hair in specific areas like temples, these pure concentrates must be added in small quantities to the chosen colour.  There may be a need to pre-pigment these areas first to stop localized intense concentration on the white hair areas.

**IMPORTANT - THE INTENSIFIERS MUST BE ADDED ONLY AFTER MIXING THE HAIR DYE WITH THE OXYGEN.**

Yellow, Red and Orange Intensifiers  (Warm)

These intensifiers will enhance the reflect of for bright warm colours like Gold, Copper and Red.

Blue - Violet

Is recommended for use on the darker levels from 1-5 to cool and neutralize orange tones, or mixed with a level 3 level to provide the dark blue oil reflect.

Pearl (Perla)

Recommended to neutralize warmth in shades from level 6 to 10 - use to tone down the yellow and gold. Excellent for toning and must be diluted with either 0/0 (for translucence - not coverage) or a fashion tone..

These Intensifiers can be used as Fashion shades, an pastel fashion shades.

How much intensifier should be used?

The required amount of the intensifiers/correctors are based on their own specific level.  The percentage to use ranges from 10 to 30% and for super intense 50%!
Corrector colour intensity/depth levels.
PEARL = LEVEL 8
YELLOW= LEVEL 8
ORANGE = LEVEL 7
RED = LEVEL 6
VIOLET = LEVEL 5
BLUE = LEVEL 4

As the level of colour becomes lighter the percentage of the intensifiers added also becomes less.
Recommended Level 8 Yellow - would use 5% for level 9 and 2-3% for level 10
Orange  Level 7 - 20% Intensifier for level 6 and 30% for level 5.
